VA Bryan Fordham Interviewed by Macedonia 2025
Volunteer Advisor Chef Bryan Fordham has been on assignment at Specijal Produkt DOOEL in Skopje, as part of the Bitove Family Entrepreneurship Program. In a brief interview, he talks about the impressions from the program, his work at the bakery and his assignment which is mostly centered around product and bakery management.
