Our Accelerating Women’s Empowerment program helps to diversify the incomes of partners working in agriculture and tourism—sectors that are important drivers of the economy and community development. Focused on inclusive growth, we collaborate with public and private sector partners to advance gender equality and women’s economic empowerment.
Our Focus
Strengthening Agribusiness
Technical assistance in modern agricultural practices improves productivity, natural resource management and climate-change resilience. We’re helping micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) access finance and innovative solutions to help them become more competitive.
Building Capacity for Tourism and Hospitality
Working with tourism and hospitality operators, we aim to improve service quality while promoting connections to actors in agriculture and initiatives in agritourism and ecotourism.

We’ve been successfully matching our volunteer Catalyste+ Advisors with clients and partners in over 120 countries since 1967.
