Our Work in Nunavut
Since the early 2000s, Catalyste+ has worked alongside Indigenous communities, individuals, businesses, and non-profits in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. We are proud to continue our commitment to growing local capacity and strengthening business networks through meaningful partnerships. Catalyste+ programs work with local expertise and knowledge towards the goal of a prosperous North.
Regions of Focus
We work in all three regions: Kitikmeot, Kivalliq, and Qikiqtaaluk. It’s important to us that we focus our efforts across the territory. Though the capital city of Iqaluit is vital for regional growth, we believe the success of all regions is necessary for the North to thrive.
Program Partner
Nunavut Economic Developers Association (NEDA) is membership-driven organization assisting community Economic Development Officers and economic development professionals in Nunavut. NEDA supports its members through professional development, networking, advocacy and the exchange of information and ideas.
History of Catalyste+ in the North
The North is a special place. Sweeping expanses of glittering snow-swept tundra, countless passages of crystal-like ice, a sun that at times coyly dances with the horizon, and a night sky that sings in vibrant colours.
