The second session of our Cultural Sensitivity webinar series focuses on our program countries in the Caribbean. It aims to prepare Advisors to collaborate effectively with our partners from a cultural perspective during in-person and remote assignments. Advisors and Country Representatives with lived experiences in the region will share best practices and culturally-sensitive tips in a panel discussion, followed by a Q&A. Speakers: Sheila Ketwaru, Nkayo Drepaul, Natalie Morris, Isaac Persaud, and Gwendolyn Walmsley.

Topics covered include updating your profile and adding roles, exploring available resources, and selecting your notification preferences. Understanding how to use myCatalyste+ effectively will help ensure your profile is complete and visible, increasing your chances of being matched with and selected for assignments.
