Project Development Officer

The Project Development Officer (PDO) will be responsible for collaboratively designing and developing project concepts to address project partner’s priorities and satisfy funder requirements, researching, configuring, analyzing information; writing concept notes and project proposals, support the in-country teams in relationship building with potential implementing partners, and leading the program development management system.

Database Analyst

Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems Analysis & Support, the Database Analyst will be responsible for providing internal IT support and backup to the Network Administrator. This support will be focused on our core operational database (currently QuickBase), expense management system (currently SAP Concur) and workflow/process improvements. This position is hybrid, and the successful applicant can be located in ON, QC, BC or NT.

We are currently recruiting for two openings – one parental leave contract from around Sept 1, 2026 to May 7, 2027 and a second new permanent full-time position.

Country Representative – IGNITE

Reporting to the Program Manager (PM) in Canada, the Country Representative (CR) for IGNITE will lead the implementation of the project strategy in country, aligned with program objectives, local priorities, and donor requirements. Depending on program needs and operational considerations, the CR may also provide support and coordination for a limited number of activities in the region, as part of the program portfolio. The CR must reside in their program country (El Salvador, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Colombia).
