We collaborate with Indigenous businesses, governments and community organizations to advance inclusive economic growth. We offer a collaborative, consultative and coaching approach to sharing knowledge and expertise to assist our Indigenous clients in achieving their immediate and long-term goals.

Land Acknowledgement
In the spirit of peace, friendship and respect, we recognize our work takes place on traditional Indigenous territories across Canada. We also wish to acknowledge that our office in Toronto is located on the traditional territories of the Huron-Wendat, the Haudenosaunee, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, and the Mississaugas of the Credit. In Montreal, our office is located on the unceded territory of the Kanien’kehá:ka.
Program Focus
Catalyste+ works with Indigenous-led non-profit organizations, governments, economic development corporations and micro, small and medium enterprises. Our work is driven by a holistic approach developed in partnership with our clients. We prioritize Indigenous knowledge and work to ensure our clients experience long-term benefits from development support.
Through mentorships, advisory or workshop services, we support clients to leverage their skills, complete projects and develop plans and strategies. Our collaborative approach involves understanding our clients’ needs and priorities first, then recruiting an expert advisor to strengthen their capabilities to feel empowered and well-positioned for sustainable growth and prosperity.
Funding Application Support
Providing short-term guidance through the funding application process. Services are free of charge for eligible clients, including Indigenous community organizations based in Western, Atlantic and Central Canada.
Nunavut Advisory and Mentorship
Helping to strengthen new skills, gain confidence and plan a path forward to sustain long-term success within your business or community. Services are free for eligible clients, including Indigenous individuals, non-profits, business owners and Economic Development Officers based in Nunavut.
Strengthening Economic Development
Building capacity, fostering economic growth and supporting governance systems and structures. Services are free of charge for eligible clients, including Indigenous community organizations based in Western, Atlantic and Central Canada.
Innovation through Mentorship
Driving growth through innovation and technology support for Indigenous-owned businesses. Services are free of charge for small and medium-sized Indigenous-owned businesses that meet the criteria set by the Industrial Research Assistance Program.
